eBooks on Christ Embassy Digital Media Store vary in size based on the nature of a book and the number of pages are contained in it. A single eBook in Adobe PDF format could wiegh between 400kb to 1MB and for eBooks in Palm OS formats, 100 to 400kb.

Once you submit your order and the transaction is approved, you will be presented with an order confirmation page. You will also receive an email confirmation with a link(s) you can use to visit the file download page (where you get to download the eBook(s) you purchased).

If for some reason your download is interrupted or does not download completely, you may download it again. From your order confirmation mail, click on your eBook download link(s) and sign into your account.
You can download your eBook(s) as much times as you care before your order expiration date.

Your eBook download remains valid for 2 days from the purchase time hence, you have onyl 2 days to re-download your eBook (if you must). After 2 days, your eBook download link will expire and the eBook file you purchased will no longer be downloadable.

Pop-up blockers may interrupt the download process, which will prevent your eBook file(s) from downloading completely. We recommend you suppress your pop-up blocker before downloading your eBook file(s). If the re-download is not successful, please contact us through our Help Desk.
